GhostBust – Terms of Service

1. Overview

GhostBust ("we", "our", "us") provides software that helps users view and classify CRM pipeline data through a read-only integration. By accessing GhostBust, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be authorized to connect and view CRM data from your organization. You are responsible for maintaining access to your CRM accounts.

3. Use of the Service

GhostBust is provided "as-is" and "as-available." You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or copy the software
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with normal operation
• Use GhostBust for unlawful purposes
• Share or resell access without permission

GhostBust may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Data Access & Sync

• GhostBust only reads CRM data.
• GhostBust does not modify, update, or delete CRM records.
• You grant GhostBust temporary access to CRM data solely to provide analytics, deal health classification, and activity visibility. We do not store CRM credentials; OAuth tokens are encrypted.

5. Payments & Access

During MVP, GhostBust is sold as a one-time lifetime-access license ("Lifetime Access"). Lifetime Access provides ongoing use of the current feature set and future maintenance of those features. New paid tiers or advanced features may be introduced separately.

Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

GhostBust is not responsible for revenue loss, failed follow-ups, CRM inaccuracies, or user error. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Lifetime Access.

7. Termination

We may revoke access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.
