• Basic account information (name, email)
• CRM metadata necessary for displaying pipeline status (deal names, values, dates, owners)
• Actions taken inside GhostBust (revive, won, bury, notes)
• Non-identifiable usage analytics

We do not collect sensitive CRM content such as emails, attachments, recordings, or PII outside what CRM provides via OAuth scopes.

2. How We Use Data

We use synced data to:

• Display pipeline health classifications
• Power analytics and activity visibility
• Send Slack reminders (optional)
• Ensure correct user access

We do not sell or rent your data.

3. Storage & Security

• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted
• CRM data is cached securely for performance
• Access controls isolate organizations
• Standard SSL/TLS encryption is mandatory

4. Sharing

We only share data with:

• CRM platforms you explicitly connect
• Slack (optional)

We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

5. Data Deletion
